Maxim Communications with comprehensive in-house experience in audiovisual production stretching over 20 years have been managing conferences on behalf of their clients all over the world from continental Europe to Africa and the USA.

We cater for events from as few as 20 guests in an intimate atmosphere, up to large scale events for more than 1000 delegates.

Venue selection is an area where we can assist, ensuring your event works for you and your delegates. Venues are notorious for telling you what they think you want to hear, we tend to work on the basis of advising you on what you need to hear.

Once the venue has been selected we will work with you from set design to speaker training to all aspects of conference production.

PowerPoint presentations can be created or modified as required plus any video media supplied can also be coverted into presentations.

Live camera recording is also available plus video recording/editing in either SD or HD.

Subsequent output onto DVD or Blue-Ray is available with custom designed menus.
